Here is a little over view of what you can expect if you would like to work together to build your dream Whistler trip.

But first, let me just say that in pretty much every case - booking with me comes at no extra cost to you. There is more about this below so check it out to find out more.

02 Pick Your Ski Run

Whatever your budget, whatever the level of help you need - I’m here to make the most of your trip.

That’s why there is a run for everyone.

Pick Your Ski Run

  • Individual hotel, activity, transfers or ticket bookings - handled by me!

    Same price as booking yourself (sometimes even discounted!), but you don’t need to have 40 tabs open.

    NO CHARGE

  • Already booked? No problem.

    I’ll build a day-by-day plan around you, your group and your vibe.

    Up to 4 nights: from $99 CAD

    5-14 nights: from $250 CAD

  • The Whole Trip, Sorted.

    I plan & book the whole thing for you!

    We start with a call.

    We work together to curate the perfect trip for you.

    We finalise all the details.

    I’ll be on call during the trip if anything changes.

    Plus, I will design a complimentary personalised itinerary!

  • The Peak Experience.

    A truly elevated experience from the first idea right until you get home.

    Everything from the ‘Black Run’ plus a concierge level of service.

    Let me take care of it all - special requests, restaurant reservations, on call service around the clock.

    You enjoy Whistler. I will take care of the rest.

    Friend trips, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, family gatherings or reunions.

    I’d love to plan it for you!

    A flat fee covers the extra logistics and coordination.

    8-12 people: $250 CAD

    13-20 people: $400 CAD
